Everything was perfect, convenient location just off Prague, Wenceslas Square and the center of Prague by tram, real good experience. I was pleased with nice service, a nice size room with 1 double bed and explore. No complaints whatsoever, the venue met what was needed.
Nothing to fault.

The parking is free
The room were very dirty, towels were dirty. There are lots of dust in the room everywhere.I Don't know who gave stars to this hotel, it was even worse than a Hostel. It seems they are closing this so called Hotel very soon and they want to earn more money before destroying. The breakfast was also very poor in an old and dirty restaurant. There was also no elevator in the HoStel and my old grandparent had to walk to the second floor. Near rail way with lots of noise during the night. I never recommend this hotel to other one.

Basic and typical Czech, good value for money.Brilliant situation for Trains, Buses and Tram but also proximity to river facilities, 3 stops to the river beach by tram and lovely 9 hole golf course minutes walk away. Staff were pleasant good humoured and informal. I would return but now knowing the location would be better prepared to experiment more in local area and travel to the not so well known tourist spots.
The room required better curtains . The lack of blinds and full curtains meant it was too light in the mornings, I was woken by 4.30!!!! In general the hotel needed the dark wooden beams and furnishings to be lighter to give it a brighter and up to date effect and not so old and tired looking. The room tv satellite system was inadequate, it should include bbc World and Bloomberg at least. The German advert only programme was a total waste of time. The hotel in it's publicity does not do the communication system justice. And finally whilst the depots/stations/terminals for transport were close they seemed very run down in there modernity and needed making tidy , I suggest the management contact Prague council to invest in making the area more upmarket and pleasant.

I stayed in an extremely spacious room with a balcony and fresh towels, exactly as expected. the location was good and perfect, right in the center. - I popped into Restaurace Trezor for shots before bed, it was at a medium distance from the hotel.

Friendly service in English;good location to public transport with good assistance by staff re public transport.
Noise of train on both sides when windows were open (due to heat) When closed it was no problem. The shower did not drain well and the curtain (replacement for shower door?) was difficult to use. No towel hook or rail in the bathroom!

Friendly hotel staff. Good hotel restaurant. Large rooms, and cost was lower than hotels in Prague 1.
Carpeting in the rooms a bit stained. Could hear next door neighbors through adjoining door.

Very nice & professional service. Almost clean rooms. Good location, close to tram station. It took less than 20-25 minutes to get to Old town.
Breakfasts were not variable enough. One after staying a couple of days in the hotel gets sick of ham and cheese bagel or cerial...

Friendly staff, and accomodating. We arrived late but they were very helpful and I had a truck to park.
Basic room, but comfortable. The setting was amazing and I liked the garden, shame we were late as I could imagine dinner in the garden as pure heaven
